This place is fantastic and affordable. the rooms are cozy and spacious, featuring a comfortable double bed. the staff is really attentive and welcoming, making your stay even better. 😊.

The room was big and amazing with central heating, a multi-channel television, and a writing table.

Property was great, with excellent staff and marvellous location to the central plaza. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Location so close to Spain on a walking trip on a budget, the center of town and the restaurant...

This place had a great central location and was conveniently close to the park and a short drive to Hounslow Urban Farm.

The hotel was conveniently located near the center of town, the old town, and restaurants. the location was great, also being close to the railway station. the staff was pleasant and friendly, making for a positive experience overall. I would love to stay here again.

The property has a restaurant, so I didn't have to go far for food. The staff were friendly, probably because I'm such a charmer.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Plus, the air conditioning is a lifesaver, especially during those hot summer nights. And having free Wi-Fi is definitely a bonus!

Personally, I found the central heating in the room a bit too warm for my liking. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

I had a pleasant stay at a hotel near the old town. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the manager even waived a cancellation fee for me. the room I stayed in was quiet, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the WiFi signal was strong, and there was a small supermarket across the street. I also found plenty of dining options nearby. a convenient location with good amenities. Cons: Hard to think of anything negative. 🤔.

We are on a budget walking trip and stayed at Hostal Neptuno for the second time. The location is perfect, just steps away from the bus and train station. The room for 3 people was spacious and comfortable. Great value for money! Despite some language barriers, the staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
